Whenever you request expungement services from NCRIFS you should have:
1. Completed the NCRIFS Client Intake Form below.
2. Provided a background check by visiting every county clerk of courts office you had a case or ordered your background check from us. If you would like NCRFIS to take care of ordering your criminal background check please email and let us know after completing the client intake form. Charges may apply! The background check is key to determining eligibility.
3. Once we receive a copy of your background check. NCRIFS will send you a copy and then attach it to your file to be reviewed by a licensed Attorney to determine expungement eligibility. Expect 1-5 Business days to receive a copy of the background check emailed to you. NRIFS does not provide legal advice. We rely solely on the Attorney reviewing your case in determining eligibility for expungement. Expect to hear from an affiliated Attorney about eligibility and next steps within 20-30 days.
